On September 23, local time, in-cosmetics Latin America, one of the most influential personal care and cosmetic ingredient exhibitions in Latin America, opened in São Paulo. HONDU (Booth J43) presented its facial, scalp, and body cleansing solutions.
On the first day, the featured Shining Series became a focal point at the booth because it achieves a pearlescent appearance without additional pearlizing agents.

Eye-Catching Exhibits Start with Appearance
Why did we place such emphasis on “appearance” at this exhibition? The answer lies in the market.
The Brazilian market has a stronger preference for high-saturation, high-contrast colors, and visual competition on shelves and social media is intense. Highly memorable color palettes make products more likely to be seen, picked up, and tried.
That is why we gave most of our facial cleansers, body washes, and shampoos a more eye-catching appearance: using bolder colors and richer textures so they are seen first at the booth.

The secret lies in one ingredient: HONDU ACS-95PG(C).

· One-line description:
Lamellar co-crystal amino acid surfactant
·Product benefits:
Low surfactant residue on skin.
No organic solvents; low color, low odor, and low chloride content.
Technical essence:
Under scanning electron microscopy (SEM), HONDU ACS-95PG(C) exhibits a novel, ordered “lamellar structure”—different from either sodium cocoyl alaninate or potassium cocoyl glycinate alone.
It is this sheet-like, ordered lamellar co-crystal form that allows the formula to naturally refract a pearlescent shine in light—without added pearlizing agents
